We chased several storms from Beloit westward. We ended up in Salina, KS and took shelter in a gas station from hail. When the storm passed by, we finished the day off at Chili's, but another storm was approaching with large hail. I took the van to the mal and parked it under the dumpster overhang for protection then ran to the Chili’s to get in just as 3" hail started pounding down on us. We saw one large power flash and made out a tornado next to it that passed just to our south.
