June 9, 2001. We started out in Valentine NE. and waited in a ghost town west of Murdo, SD. We later went west and watched as an outflow dominant storm raced east. We went north to Philip where we saw quite a bit of damage done from the winds. The roof was blown off a school and many trees where down in town.
